Mack-Cali’s aborted settlement with Bow Street reportedly would have had the REIT set up a committee with four independent directors tasked with evaluating a range of options to maximize shareholder value, including the potential sale of the company and the divestiture of certain assets. The company unloaded a $487.5 million office/flex portfolio in Westchester County and paid $264 million to buy Jersey City’s Soho Lofts and an undisclosed sum for an office complex in Iselin. You make them thousands of dollars on each lease you sign and there is NO COMMISSION no matter how well you do, unlike their competitors.Mack-Cali board ends settlements talks with activist investor Multiple people in the company discovered our starting salaries were all very different, and most of us have the same little to no experience. By far the most stressful place I've ever worked. This company makes it very stressful and they have everyone in fear all the time. Why? Because in situations like Covid or Harvey, they can now replace you with their Stemmons (India -overseas) employees who can simply pick up where you left off. YOU WILL BE CHASTISED if you do not input every single thing into their system. Every single task must be recorded into the system. Transparency and honesty matter.īoxer is comprised of a micromanaging system. Why not tell people that before they go through the entire interviewing process and begin training? Deceitful and selfish. They start off wrong from Day 1 when they withhold which location you will be working from until after you finish training. 90% of us do not plan to return and have been keeping in touch to support each other! They have had past employees form class action lawsuits against them and they are still treating their employees with complete disregard. We didnt even get a smoke signal! We showed up and were terminated one random morning. Stingy pay structure, could care less about Covid-19 or Harvey and laid off their entire leasing team without any notice/call/email. This company is run by horribly insensitive people. ![]()
